It’s been a very exciting and busy start to the Summer, here at Mantelpiece PR, with events, new launches and awards activity!
In May 2018, our client Curaprox launched its NEW Be You Teeth Whitening Range available in six fabulous flavours such as Gin & Tonic, Apple & Aloe and Watermelon. In line with the new launch, Mantelpiece PR organised pop-ups at several publication houses including H Bauer Media Publishing, Conde Nast and Dennis publishing, to sample the new products to the journalists. It was a great few days networking and sampling to everyone and they were very excited about how fun and playful the colours and flavours were!
June 2018 saw another new launch, this time it was Cienna Rose’s New Summer 2018 Collection. To celebrate this, we organised a day of one-to-one manicures with key members of the press, touring the publication houses with our manicurist, briefing them on the brand and new collection, and giving the journalists an opportunity to try the new shades.
In July 2018 we organised a press trip to Kew Gardens with our client Eyelergy Eye Drops. The trip itself was great timing as we had fantastic weather and had a lovely day exploring the gardens and visiting the new exhibition ‘The Hive’. Afterwards, we had a fantastic lunch in The orangery and briefed the press on Eyelergy and its benefits for those who suffer from hay fever and dry, irritated eyes.
Finally, the last few months has been an exciting time for awards and we are pleased to announce that our client, Cienna Rose was shortlisted in the Free From Skincare Awards 2018 and the Dr Levy Switzerland Eye Booster Concentrate won the Attracta Beauty Awards 2018, in the category for Best Eye Treatment.
We’ve had a lovely start to the Summer and have lots of exciting activity and events coming up in the next quarter. Watch this space!
